The Supreme Court dismisses the complaint about the SPAK search of the apartment of Veliaj's brother

The Supreme Court dismissed Arbër Veliaj, Erion Veliaj's brother, who filed a recourse complaining about the decision to search the apartment carried out by SPAK during 2024.

The High Court has dismissed the appeal of Erion Veliaj's brother, Arbër Veliaj, regarding the searches carried out in December 2024 in his apartment by order of SPAK.

The decision was given in a consulting room by Albana Boksi, Medi Bici and Sokol Binaj. The panel stated that the decision of the Special Appeal in Tirana dated July 31, 2025 should remain in force.
