SPAK's call for "January 21", Kikia: If Berisha doesn't go,

SPAK sent former Prime Minister Sali Berisha a summons on November 7 to appear before the Special Prosecution Office regarding the state crime of January 21. However, Berisha denied having been informed of the summons at the Prosecution Office.

Analyst Mentor Kikia said that if Berisha does not go to SPAK, the balcony awaits him, referring to the year 2023 when the DP leader stood on the balcony of his apartment and gave speeches, as he was under "house arrest" for the investigation of the "Partizani" complex.

Kikia emphasized that the January 21 event is a serious one, while emphasizing that it must be clarified by justice.

"He says he won't go because he doesn't have the summons. And if he does and doesn't go, they can take him by force if you don't respond. The case of January 21st was returned after the Strasbourg decision. And the file was returned with the suggestion that the event be investigated as a state crime because the process had charged people who had been armed and not the chain of command.

"It is a serious event and it ended with victims, someone gave the order, so it should not be treated as a homicide by negligence. The organizers who were in the opposition will have to be questioned, but it is a story that will have to be clarified so that justice is done. How far this will go remains to be seen. It is undoubtedly an event, it is one more minus for Berisha," he said for "Report TV".
