Supporters of the opposition and citizens of Shkodra came out on Saturday in a march, called by DP leaders, after the assassination with three victims that happened a few days ago in the Dobraç neighborhood.
Regarding this march, the journalist Fatos Mahmutaj said in "Ora e Fundi" that Sali Berisha is protesting for his own problems and not for the people of Shkodran.
He stated that Berisha and Meta are equal to the exponents of the crime who shot at the bodies of the victims and both are facing charges.
"Berisha is protesting about his own situation, he is not protesting at all for the citizens of Shkodra. We must agree that the case of Shkodra is the extreme case of crime in Albania. So, crime exceeded all limits in Albania and I personally would be of the opinion to protest against crime.
The citizens of Shkodra see that Berisha has his own problems, not the problems of the citizens. There is no problem with the functioning of public order in Shkodër, does it work or not? Berisha's problem is the release of Berisha, the release of Ilir Meta, these are personal problems. Then the accused persons cannot lead the cause.
So imagine if Berisha and Meta were the ones who shot at those people. They are accused and they have their own problem, not the Albanians, the people of Shkodran", said Mahmutaj.
