Former president Bamir Topi said that political rotation was needed in Albania, as it is the old politicians who do not allow "mobility".
Invited to "News 24", Bamir Topi said that he sees that the majority and parts of the opposition are together and have divided their roles.
"Albania needed a rotation of the political elites who have created many traumatic situations in the country, which have become calcified. It looks like a ligament, calcifies and does not allow movement.
So it seems that despite the political rhetoric, from time to time these actors have found a common language. I'm sure they have assigned everyone's duties and roles because they know very well what the polls say.
Someone wants to secure the power, someone the opposition, because there are some parties that also compete for the opposition", said the former president.
