The extreme right-wing party "Greek Solution" has informed that in the meeting held a few minutes ago in Thessaloniki by its leaders, it was decided not to protest in front of the hotel where the meeting of Prime Minister Edi Rama will be held with the immigrants living in the area of Thessaloniki.
It is learned that it has been decided by this extreme party not to hold the announced protest, since according to them, the problem is not the Albanians but Prime Minister Edi Rama.
It was the leader of this party, Kyriakos Velopoulos, part of the Greek parliament, who called 3 days ago to Greek Prime Minister Mitsotakis not to allow the gathering called by Prime Minister Rama in Thessaloniki.
Its officials, contacted by Euronews Albania, add that two other far-right parties in coalition with New Democracy were also part of the meeting, who have stated that they will not protest the next day.
In today's meeting, the possibility of these deputies' own protest in the Greek parliament was also discussed, related to the positions of Edi Rama in the case of Fredi Beleri.
It is not known if there will be separate organizations of Greek citizens who will protest.
