He said that his client was cooperative and the crime was discovered, and he asked for extenuating circumstances considering the tragedy that happened to his family.

Rozeta Dobi's husband has passed away and she has to take care of her son. We demand the minimum sentence and suspension of the prison sentence. She will be ready to cooperate with justice. Meanwhile, during her confession before the black squads, Javier's mother, Rozeta Dobi, denied that she stole the amount of money said today by the prosecution. She said that Alda Klosi had given her that money, to hide it in her apartment and she would return it at a second moment.
The defense of Rozeta Dobi requested in the courtroom that 25 thousand euros and 1 million old lek be returned to her client. The prosecution emphasizes that during the financial analysis it does not result that Dobi created this with legal resources.
