Criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, made a strong statement saying that the "mysterious" person who appeared in the video in the massacre of Dobraçi was Ibrahim Lici.
He added that Lici went to the Shkodra hospital and asked the doctors if his life was in danger with the injuries he received.
Thus, Karamuço said that one of the policemen recognized Lici and then they were stunned that they "forgot" the elementary procedures that they should do in such events.
The doctors, as Karamuço says, have told him no, and at this moment he has left, receiving health care in private clinics.
" When the first police patrol arrived, one of the members of the ready group recognized this person. The police were stunned and didn't know what they were doing, they didn't even take the most basic measures, which are surrounding the scene, taking witnesses, and this person was clearly injured, bleeding, who should have been escorted immediately. He was given help at the hospital, kept under surveillance according to standard police procedure. This is what the police do. A statement is taken, it is documented, this is what the police did ," he said as a guest on "Real Story".
