There is the farm "Albania Ionian Coast Olive Oil" (AICOO), in the village of Çlirim of the Municipality of Finiq, built on 11 hectares of citrus plantations, olives, vineyards, other fruit trees, resort, poultry, livestock, oil, beverage and juice factory.
Ilir Beqaj invested this farm with agro-livestock food business and tourism in Finiq 1 year after leaving the post of Minister of Health, and started it as a business in June 2019, five months after the opening of the "Gzona" restaurant in Kalaja e Tirana.
Ilir Beqaj has also registered the farm "Albania Ionian Coast Olive Oil" (AICOO) in the name of his wife Adriana Beqaj, where legally she has 55% of the ownership, while Ilir Beqaj has hidden 45% of the ownership with Kristi Sinani, manager his at the company "INTECH+Sh.pk" and currently a specialist in the Municipality of Tirana.
But on June 9, 2023, or 10 days after the arrest warrant was issued in connection with the surgical equipment affair; in order to hide traces of connections with Ilir Beqjen, partner Kristi Sinani donated 45% of his mother Renata Sinani's shares. (Note: Regarding the date of the arrest warrants, prosecutor Edvin Kondili said that they were issued in June, but were implemented in August).
The residents of Finiq were surprised when, in their area, Ilir Beqja from Shkodra, appeared with his complex farm for production and processing of agro-agricultural and livestock products, but he may have bought the land and facilities of the former SMT of Finiq.
This should be investigated by the SPAK, to discover the origin of the land, the financial sources of the purchase of the land, investments in citrus plantations, vineyards, orchards, cold room, cattle and poultry farms and oil, beverage, dairy production lines.
Ilir Beqja should also be investigated for this business and great wealth in Finiq, since SPAK has taken him as a defendant for corruption during his duties as a minister, but also under investigation during his duties as Director of Donations, with the object of abuse of office, inequality in tenders, cleaning money, falsification of tax invoices and concealment of ownership of the "Gzona" restaurant.
SPAK should even investigate the indications that these lands are state property and Ilir Beqja got them for free with a concession contract for 99 years as a "farmer", but also thousands of Euros from AZHBR grants by the decision of Frida Krifca./ Pamphlet
