One day after the approval of the Academy of Sciences statute, it seems that the "cleaning" of the structures has begun.
It is learned that ASH has dismissed the directors of the institutions in the middle of the mandate and has appointed new ones.
The Academy appoints the new directors of the Albanological Institutes, specifically;
Academician Adem Bunguri, director of the Institute of Archaeology
Prof. Hamit Kaba, director of the Institute of History
Acad. Valter Memisha, dr. of the Institute of Linguistics and Literature
Prof. assoc. dr. Olsi Lelaj, dr. of the Institute of Anthropology
Acad. assoc. S. Çapalik, dr. of the Center for the Study of the Arts
A day ago, the Academy of Sciences approved the changes in the statute proposed by the presidency, in a whole chapter that deals with the integration of the Albanianological Institutes in the Academy of Sciences after the closure of the Albanianological Academy, despite the debates and arguments against by academics Aurela Anastasi , Beqir Meta and Artan Fuga.
