An unusual incident occurred today on the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard, where a vehicle ended up on the steps of the Prime Minister's Office building, while the head of government himself is in Elbasan at the SP Assembly meeting.
After stopping the vehicle, the driver was seen getting out of it and heading towards the entrance of the institution, where he then kicked the door of the building.
The person sat in front of the door of the institution, while the guards asked him to leave. According to reports, he did not immediately obey this order and continued to stand there for several minutes.
The video also shows a police officer approaching the vehicle, but leaving a few seconds later, standing at a distance. According to the footage, the officer does not intervene when the citizen knocks on the doors of the institution.
The circumstances that prompted the driver to take such an action remain unclear, but he was escorted to Police Station No. 1 in the capital.
