The former mayor of Shkodra Bardh Spahia appeared in the early hours of Wednesday at the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office.
On March 26 of this year, a request was filed in the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office for the verification and investigation of violations committed by 22 Mayors in the May 14 elections, through the use of public assets and non-fulfillment of the legal obligations provided for in the Electoral Code.
Among them was the name of Bardh Spahija, but it is not known if the former senior local official was called in connection with this denunciation.
After leaving the Special Prosecutor's Office, Spahiu told the media that "there is nothing of public interest".
