Journalist Arjan Çani stated that according to those who are still part of the rumors, the majority and the opposition intend to limit some powers of SPAK.
In an interview for the 'Now' show on 'Euronews Albania', according to him, with all the American directives that require not to cross the red line, it would be good if the SPAK was softened a little and the parliament, with all its flaws, has powers to do so.
" There are rumors circulating. I don't know if Rama, as the all-powerful in this country, has in mind to soften them a little, the Americans should be treated with caution, they are behind, but maybe not always, as we can predict. It would be good to have some kind of change, that there is an exaggeration, that the beast has now been released from the cage and can wreak havoc, it also 'eats' innocent people and it is good to limit some powers (of SPAK). Why should we be surprised, this parliament has some powers" , said Çani.
