Artan Hoxha has revealed details of the arrest of the directors of the Municipality of Tirana by SPAK today.
Invited to the show "Te Paespozuarit" on MCN TV, Hoxha revealed that the directors of Veliaj communicated in a secret application, which they had programmed privately, and there they talked about corrupt activities.
According to him, this network was found by SPAK on the phone of one of the arrested directors.
