In an interview for the show "The Unexposed", Ferhatit said that apart from this concession, Beqaj has other accounts with justice, because other concessions are being investigated.
" This was a second aminist for Mr. Beqaj from the second file. An operation was carried out in August and Mr. Beqaj's name did not appear anywhere, but Mr. Beqaj's subordinate was found guilty. Beqaj, Klodian Rrjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj. From this moment the first crisis started and the court said that it has information about the former minister Beqaj, even the former minister of Finance, Shkëlqim Cani and officials of the prosecution commission, where a complaint from another company that offered 25 million euros less.
The judge says that in addition to the charge of abuse of office, the charge of falsification of documents, seals and stamps should be added to Mr. Beqaj, which is the duty of the person issuing it. In this case Mr. Beqaj as the holder of the contracting authority, it is suspected that according to the reasoning given by the judge, during the negotiation of the contract, after the winner was declared, he changed the data of the contract, burdening the state's positions in this concession, leaving the state with obligations for water, energy, premises etc. So the court said in Albanian that Beqaj should be in prison.
This is a hot potato. To my knowledge, there was a statement from the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, that he did not agree with the conclusions of the two prosecutors Edvin Kondili and Ened Nakuçi and used the binding recommendation that this file has problems. That file has been forgotten for three years there and it was a file that was not properly investigated to go to the organizer of the sterilization concession.
The judge says that it was planned to give this company a concession in this way because Mr. Beqaj had on the table a request from the former director of QSUT at that time, Ogerta Manastirliu, who told him that we have a center available with an investment 1.8 million euros, but Beqaj did not respond and continued with the plan to grant it with a concession.
The court says that Beqaj should have intervened in two moments: the finding of an open conflict of interest by his subordinate, Deputy Minister Rrjepaj who had acquaintance with the businessman Rrapaj and the inflation of this concession package. This is not the only concession being investigated. Mr. Beqaj has other bills to settle. The check-up concession is being investigated ," said Ferhati.
