Lawyer Romeo Kara has commented on the political situation in the country. First, he commented on the recent actions of the president of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, who last weekend called on the residents of Roskovec to arm themselves, in order to protect their natural assets from the exploitation of what he called " invader".
Lawyer Kara emphasized that with those acts, the president of PL has committed three criminal offenses. According to him, Ilir Meta is in a real crisis because he is afraid of justice, which has begun to open the lakrori "noodles" one after another.
Meanwhile, he reveals that the operation "Metamorfoza" was specially made by the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) to go to Ilir Meta, while he emphasized that very soon there will be communication of accusations against the former president. Also, he tells why the doors of the asylum have been closed to the president of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta. Mr. Kara even expressed his belief that Meta will be brought as a "postal package" to Albania if he tries to escape to Switzerland, Dubai, or the USA.
- Mr. Kara, why is there no charge officially filed by the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) against Ilir Meta?
I think that Ilir Meta and the political elite need at least tens of years to complete their criminal framework that they have done throughout the government. There is a very good progress, this type of criminal proceedings, since the mental and mental and moral diarrhea that characterizes Meta, where with his statements he has not only broken all ethics as a human being and no longer as a statesman, but has consumed and the criminal offense has threaten people because of duty.
- Who did he threaten because of his duty?
He threatened Altin Dumani but also everyone else who opened his mouth to them. He has committed criminal offenses for arming the crowd, subverting the constitutional order, destroying property, etc. I'm surprised why we haven't had a quick reaction these two days, after Meta's actions in Roskovec. But it will have an impact if the prosecution body does not react, since there is no need for a report after it has been made public.
-Does the political gesture justify the violation of the law since it says that the mafia has taken over the state and the residents of Roskovec are not being heard because they have been excluded from the process to be heard and consulted on the TEC issue?
They are obliged to adhere to ethics and legality in contact with the public, and even to educate it. The gentleman asks not to make a revolution according to Rousseau, that the social contracts were broken and the people decided the legality that the government is under conditions of illegality. Meta is in conflict of interest, it is a symbol of illegality and he can only do counter revolution. I think that Ilir Meta is hopeless, he knows better than everyone else what situation he is in.
-By what logic, if he is guilty, is he still in Albania?
Where will he go, he has nowhere to go and the doors are closed everywhere. He knows his destiny very well, as he sees it more clearly than anyone else.
- It is Switzerland, Dubai, USA...
If he tries to go, he will receive a postal package in Albania. He, Arben Ahmetaj and several others. A few other low tiers may go but not the Meta. Be sure that the 'Metamorphosis' operation was done to get to this person. His connections with crime, those threats he made forced SPAK to post his work and the criminal entourage around him and that of politics, was hit and will be hit again. Very soon we will have communication of charges. I think that by putting myself in the role of SPAK, I think that we will still have some hits in the fight against crime and especially that of life, in cleaning the Police and from the strategic side, you cannot go to the level of corruption up. I agree that corruption originates and is inspired from the top, but the real focus of SPAK is the biggest heads of politics, and then the president, prime minister, ministers and mayor.
That's how the work order is, it's not from bottom to top but the other way around. But the entire Albanian politics has a terrible criminal entourage, where we saw the gangs, we have some others. By cleaning these, and by cleaning the shields in the Police and that we are unfortunate with this type of police where we have several hundred involved, where they are just forced to fill out form after form, it must be passed there. At the same time, SPAK has grown by doing these actions. There was a problem with BKH, but it is being overcome and time is becoming more efficient./TODAY
