Vlora judge Hektor Sinanaj has been referred to the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office.
Sinanaj is accused of "Abuse of duty" by citizen Ilir Koka.
Judge Sinanaj has accepted requests for summary judgment against 18 defendants for "Forgery of documents", "Abuse of duty".
The acceptance of the request for summary judgment according to the complainant Ilia Koka, was made in violation of the criminal procedural law and in violation of a court decision of the Vlora Court of Appeal.
According to the complainant, the summary trial is not accepted if the defendant or his defense raise claims on the validity of the acts or the usability of the evidence collected during the preliminary investigation, or when they request the receipt of new evidence in the trial.
So we are dealing with a prohibitory provision which does not allow the court to accept summary judgment.
Judge Sinanaj has done this action with the purpose of favoring the crime for corrupt interests, which we will prove below.
