A young man was escorted by the officers after he alerted the State Police with suspicious movements in front of the Parliament of Albania.
For about 30 minutes, he has been moving suspiciously at the entrance to the Parliament.
The services of the Assembly notified the state police, who went to the scene to verify the person.
"I have business with the doctor", he was heard saying while talking on the phone. He was dressed in black while carrying a hood and a black bag.
At one point, the young man is seen taking a lighter pistol out of his bag and lighting a cigarette.
