The hearing against the former mayor of Bulqiza, Lefter Alla, was postponed due to the absence of Dali Gazidede, one of the accused for abusing a tender.
The police failed to bring Gazideden to the hearing, although he is under house arrest.
It is learned that the next session was scheduled for November 21.
Today was the first session and the court would say whether or not it would accept the abbreviated trial that 10 of the 12 defendants requested.
Lefter Alla is accused of "Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions" and "Abuse of duty". The criminal offense "Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions" is charged against Enkeleda Lleshi, Rubin Kola, Arsen Gjoka, Leonard Daci, Kujtim Zog and Denis Xholi.
Erion Isaku is accused of "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions". Rasim Daci, Aqif Konesha, Ana Nishku, Dali Gazidedja and Kastriot Ibrahimaj cooperated in forging the documents.
SPAK has proven that Alla and other employees of the Bulqizë Municipality have abused the tender "Construction of the supply network and the distribution network of Water Supply and the construction of the KUZ network, Old quarter, Bulqizë city, Bulqizë Municipality". The tender was worth 322 million and 439 thousand ALL.

-Arsen Gjoka, Director of NJVKSH Bulqiza, (prison arrest), is accused of committing the criminal offense "Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions"
- Kujtim Zogu, Director of Civil Protection, (prison arrest), is accused of committing the criminal offense "Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions"
-Denis Xholi, Former Legal Director, (prison arrest), "Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions"
- Rasim Daci, administrator of 'BOE Egland shpk', (prison arrest), is accused of committing the criminal offense "Forgery of documents"
-Dalo Gazidedja, (prison arrest), is accused of committing the criminal offense "Forgery of documents"
-Aqif Konesha, administrator of 'OE 2AF Albania shpk', (prison arrest), is accused of committing the criminal offense "Forgery of documents"
-Kastriot Ibrahimaj, administrator of 'BE-IS shpk', (house arrest), is accused of committing the criminal offense "Forgery of documents"
- Ana Nishku (house arrest), is accused of committing the criminal offense "Forgery of documents.
