Analyst Agim Baçi, speaking about government corruption, stated that no one can commit corruption without having a guarantee from "above".
Invited to the show "Debat", on A2 CNN, Baçi said that the expression of Prime Minister Edi Rama, "they ate plums behind my back", does not apply in these cases.
" We often hear Edi Rama say that "they ate plums behind my back". But, no one does this without a guarantee. We should all be concerned about what is happening. Maybe 5D is total madness, how 5 directors give their work to themselves" , said Baçi.
The analyst further said that he does not mind the fact that there is corruption as it exists all over the world, but added that what is worrying is the fact that it is done openly with a disturbing arrogance.
" I am not concerned about corruption because there is corruption all over the world, but I am concerned about the idea of privatizing the institution. So you don't even hide anymore. He no longer competes even formally. This kind of arrogance is very disturbing because you have killed the institution's relationship with the public ", Baçi added.
