27-year-old Stefan Prence, the vice president of the Democratic Party in the Bubullime administrative unit, has been criminally prosecuted after exerting pressure on a person to vote.
The young man from Lushnja was reported to SPAK after threatening a person through the "Messenger" platform, exerting pressure to vote.
The case is being investigated for the criminal offense of “Threat or violence against participation in elections.” The procedural materials were referred to SPAK for further action.
"The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Lushnja Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen SP, 27 years old, resident of the village of Bubullimë, after citizen J. Ç., 28 years old, reported that the 27-year-old citizen, vice president of a political entity in Lushnja, had threatened him on the "Messenger" platform for casting his vote. The procedural materials were referred to SPAK, for further action, for the criminal offense of "Threat or violation of participation in elections", the police announced.
