The Special Court rejected the request of the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Jamarbër Malltezi, for the return of a telephone.

Judge Irena Gjoka upheld the confiscation measure for a cell phone that was taken as evidence by SPAK.

Meanwhile, Malltezi is being held under arrest for corruption and money laundering in connection with the investigations launched for the "Partizani" file.
