" We are convinced that we have fulfilled a great mission for the country, we have had the privilege of a High judge and the obligation against hundreds of reports and proceedings to answer before the law" , the commissioners state in their request.
Anila Hoxha reports that not only that, but as in the previous two requests, they consider the possibility of legal changes, leaving open the possibility that the KLJ will turn to the constitutional court for constitutional interpretation on the status of a court created by law as KPK is considered.
" Today we are confident that our expectation is legitimate and will be guaranteed with regular legal actions by the state, ensuring our appointment as judges in the Appeal, as a process independent of the will of political principles through the voting of new legal norms, but based on objective criteria that guarantee legal security and the rule of law ", it is argued among others.
At the end of the mandate of the commissioners, it does not mean that the vetting process ends here. The triple re-evaluation will continue in the Special College of Appeal, where all those dismissed have appealed, or some judges and prosecutors who were seen without problems by the KPK have been appealed by the Public Commissioner.
