Tirana Police have announced temporary restrictions on vehicle traffic in the context of the concert by American artist Kanye West (YE), which will take place on July 11 in the Kashari area.
According to the official announcement, some road segments will be blocked throughout the day, while on other axes, traffic will be limited depending on the flow of participants.
Specifically:
From 07:00 to 24:00, traffic will be prohibited on the secondary axis of the "Durrës-Tirana" highway, from "Eiffel" to "Casa Italia". This segment will operate only with an exit direction for entities.
From 07:00 to 24:00, traffic will be prohibited on the exit lane of the "Durrës-Tirana" highway, at the "Casa Italia" roundabout.
From 12:00 to 24:00, the segment "Casa Italia" - "Pavarësia" street - "Sokrat Miho" street will be blocked.
From 12:00 to 24:00, traffic will be restricted on the "Sokrat Miho" street - "Kasem Shima" street - "7 Nëntori" street segment, which will operate only in the outbound direction.
The police inform that from the Institute bridge to "Casa Italia" there may be partial traffic blockages, depending on the flow of participants, in order to manage traffic and guarantee the normal development of the activity.
During the restrictions, only emergency vehicles and State Police vehicles will have access to the blocked areas.
Tirana Police calls on citizens to show understanding, plan their movements and use alternative routes, respecting the instructions of police officers on the ground.
