Who is hiding behind Nesti Angoni? Kadilli's Batuta: This is like Rama's "Diella"

Former DP MP Fatbardh Kadilli spoke about Nesti Angoni, who is hiding behind him, and why Albana Vokshi and Erion Veliaj were attacked. 

Kadilli said that Angoni is more like Edi Rama's Diella.

Kadilli:  It is not within the procedure as in the case of Velaij as in the case of Voskhi. I believe it is a challenge that the PS poses to SPAK.
