Thousands of citizens marched this Saturday in the streets of Tirana, on the 56th day of the popular protest, demanding the removal of the government and a change in the political system.
One of the most significant moments of the evening was the message written in large letters on the asphalt of the boulevard: "UNTRUSTED", a message that the protesters addressed to Prime Minister Edi Rama, at a time when the "Besa" platform presented by him continues to be at the center of public debate.
During the march, the protesters also issued a series of slogans against the government and the majority, including "Down with the dictatorship", "March", "Unite with us", "Parliament of crime", "Albania of Albanians", "Revolution", "Down with the patronageists" and "Rama, resign".
The protest took place in a determined atmosphere, while the organizers announced that the rallies will continue every day until their demands for the removal of Prime Minister Edi Rama and a change in the political system in the country are met.
