Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço was asked about this issue as he gave a comment about these threats to the prosecutors.
" Even organized crime has not been left behind. We have three confirmed cases and we don't know of others that are kept secret, cases where they were threatened by organized crime. This fact has increased security measures and alerted the police of European countries ", said the expert.
He also focused on a specific case of the threat that, according to him, comes from organized crime.
" I can say one of the three cases I mentioned where the child of a prosecutor was in school and was forced to stop his studies after he felt threatened by organized crime. Even though the child in question has been protected by the police of the respective country, they are under great pressure, not only from the daily political rhetoric that attacks them but also from a real danger that comes from this organized crime ", stressed Karamuço. .
The expert focused on another detail, stressing that beyond all that, checks are being carried out on the envelopes that are put into SPAK as they are thought to have dangerous contents.
" The security measures have been increased, the large envelopes that enter SPAK, which have bundles and files, are being controlled through the devices these days, because there is a possibility that there may be envelopes containing explosives ," said Ervin Karamuço.
