Artan Hoxha discovered a phone call between him and Arben Ahmetaj, the former deputy prime minister who is abroad and has requested asylum.
Invited to the show The Unexposed, Hoxha said that Ahmetaj is in Switzerland from where he gave an interview, which apparently has worried the majority, because they are trying to legitimize him.
Excerpts from the conversation:
Artan Hoxha : I know that he started preparing the procedures before he fled Albania. When he was interviewed, he was in Switzerland. I don't know where he did the interview. I was impressed why he spoke at this exact moment. He is without a mandate, the investigations against him are in the final stage. One investigation has been taken to court, it is about the former bread flour factory. What is interesting, the issue should have been the incinerators, especially the Tirana incinerator. I saw the reactions these days that delegitimized Ahmetaj.

Artan Hoxha : Lali, lali, he named himself, because when others name him, you have to deserve it. The thing that interests me are the incinerators and mainly the one in Tirana, which is in the early stages of the investigation.
This is the big thing we care about. Although Ahmetaj was included in the history of incinerators, he is not being judged for them. One investigation is for abuse of office and the other investigation is a property investigation. They did not put it in the incinerators.
Ahmetaj said he is going to Syri, because they have not received money from the incinerators. But this is what Mertiri told us. Ahmetaj told me that I am interested in the essence and I have chosen this media.
