In the 500-page file, SPAK also verified the bank transfers abroad that were made by Jamarbër Malltezi, who was charged with passive corruption and money laundering for the privatization of the "Partizani" complex.
"Throughout the years, Jamarbër Malltezi has been found to have bought properties not only in Albania but also abroad in Europe, for which there are no traces in the asset declarations", SPAK notes.
It turns out that from 2018 to 2021, Malltezi bought property in Budapest, Hungary, worth 155 thousand euros, property in Munich, an apartment worth 395 thousand euros in Belgium, and he bought his daughter an apartment in Rotermad, the Netherlands, at a price of 360 thousand euros.
SPAK has analyzed the data of the personal account of Jamarbër Malltezi in the bank U..B sh.a., with account number.......127 in the euro currency, where it finds that several outgoing transfers have been made, which from the description of the transactions refer to in payments for a real estate.
Property in Budapest 155 thousand euros
It turns out that in 2018, Malltezi bought a property, real estate, in Budapest, Hungary, in the value of 155 thousand euros. Three transfers for this property are recorded in the SPAK file.
The first transfer was made on 21.12. 2018 in the amount of 15,530 euros, as the first payment for the pre-sale and purchase contract. It is about a contract signed on 20.12.2018 with Adria Immobiliare Kft H.Dozsa Gjorgy Ut 86.B Budapest".
The second transfer was made on the same day on 21.12.2018 in the amount of 15.530 euros with the description "int outg mt from the account Down Payment For Pre Sale And Purchase Contract Dt 20.12.2018 Red Pro Kft 1061 Andrassy 456 Budapest". So advance payment for the sale contract dt. 20.12.2018.
The third transfer was made, 2 months later, on 20.02. 2019 in the amount of 124,240 euros, which was the payment of the remaining part for the purchase contract dated 20.12.2018. Likewise, during 2019, there are bill payments, among others, in 'Andrassy Ut 55 Budapest 7,885 euros.
Transfer to Germany, Munich
From the analysis of bank data, from the bank account of Jamarbër Malltezi in U... Bank sh.a., with number 11.......... in euro currency, outgoing transfers totaling 137,000 euros were made to to the account of Jamarbër Malltez (with address Schelling Str 24, 80799 Munchen, DE) at Deutsche Bank Ag, Postbank Branch (Formely Deutsche Postbank Ag) (Frankfurt Branch) Bonn De.

Më 9 korrik 2021 Argita Malltezi para noteres Laura Pustina emëron Jamarbër Malltezin që ta përfaqësojë ne nënshkrimin e kontratës së kredisë bankare dhe çdo dokumenti tjetër të kërkuar nga banka, për miratimin dhe marrjen e kredisë në "U...B" në të cilën ajo do të jete kredimarrëse në vlerën 450.000 Euro...për qëllimin e kreditimit: "blerje shtëpie banimi të llojit "Apartament" ndodhur ne Bruksel, Belgjikë".
Gjithashtu Malltezi autorizohet ta përfaqësojë në nënshkrimin e marrëveshjes së sigurisë mbi shumën prej Euro 475.000 (katërqind e shtatëdhjetë e pesë mijë) të gjendur në llogarinë bankare të Malltezit pranë kësaj banke për të garantuar kthimin e kredisë së sipërpërmendur.

SPAK evidenton se nga analizimi i të dhënave bankare në vitin 2021, në llogarinë bankare të Jamarbër Malltezi në U. B. sh.a., në monedhën euro, janë kryer katër transaksione/ transferta dalëse në total 460,000 euro drejt Gjermanisë si vijon:
Pagesa e parë: Datë 12.08.2021 në shumën 150,000 euro me përshkrim "Int outg mt nga llogaria payment for first installment loan for apartment purchase Jamarber Malltezi Schelling Str 24 Mynih". Pagesa e parë për blerjen e një apartamenti.
Pagesa e dytë: Datë 16.08.2021 në shumën 150,000 euro me përshkrim "Int outg mt nga llogaria second isntallment of bank loan for purchase an apartment Jamarber Malltezi Schelling st. 24 Mynich". Pagesa e dytë për blerjen e një apartamenti.
Pagesa e tretë: Datë 02.09 2021 në shumën 80.000 me përshkrim "Int Outg MT nga llogaria Buying apartment- 3rd installment Jamarber Malltezi Schellingstr. 24". Pagesa e këstit të tretë për blerjen e një apartamenti.
