Analyst Mentor Nazarko has spoken about the agreement that Albania has signed with Italy, for the acceptance of African refugees.
He said that with this act, Albania has returned the "rest" and the moral debt to the neighboring country regarding the exodus of Albanians in 1990.
According to him, in addition to this moral debt, Prime Minister Edi Rama has managed to turn Albania into a big news, at least within Europe.
"Albania clears a burden and through this action Rama has managed not only to clear a burden between the two peoples and make Albania a big news, at least in Europe.
This cooperation protocol between Albania and Italy will affect the psychological aspect of curbing immigrants, who will try to arrive in Italy. This agreement would have to go through the Albanian parliament.
"The extraterritoriality of these two structures in the Port of Shengjin and a structure in the former airport of Gjadri, this is also an issue that has created discussion. Until the agreement is implemented, it is the psychological part of the past that discourages them. This is the first. I think that this agreement should go through the parliament", he said.
