Commenting on the agreement between Prime Minister Rama and his counterpart Giorgia Meloni, the lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu said that this is not the first time that Albania has done something like this.
In an interview for the show "Now" on "Euronews Albanai", he stated that Albania has made these agreements before, since there is still mujahedin in Manzë. He added that if the agreement is made, the African refugees will be isolated, like the mujahedin that DP brought to Manza.
" This is not the first time, this is the third time that Albania tries to make an ex-territorial agreement. The first was done with those who were taken from Gantansmos prison to Albania. The second is for the Mujahideen, Iran's opposition. They still have an enclave in the Durrës district. There was someone who signed the ex-territorial enclave with the Iranians, today they present themselves as a racist to the West ," said the lawyer.
