For analyst Neritan Sejamini, the violation of laws by the new justice system in the name of cleaning up politics is a dangerous game.
Referring to SPAK's accusations against former Prime Minister Berisha, he said in the studio of the show "The Unexposed", that he is against any attempt to justify the cleansing of Albanian politics, violating human rights, by people who may abuse themselves tomorrow.
" We can agree that we have corrupt leaders who have lost Albania's chance to develop, have become rich, etc. And here we all agree. The issue we disagree on is how to solve this problem. There are two ways to solve it: We will eradicate this political class. Were Sali Berisha's rights violated? There's nothing that thief is, stink, run away. Are Arben Ahmetaj's rights violated? He is also a stinker, a thief, let him go too. Have they touched Saimir Tahir? Even him. Even Edi Rama. That at the end of the day we will have an Albania without Sali Berisha, without Edi Rama, without Arben Ahmetaj. This seems to me a dangerous way, because we forget one thing: the one who commits this violation of the law is still human. What does he do after gaining this power? He will abuse for his own account.
I agree that Sali Berisha should go to court and answer for everything. My question is: Should we violate Sali Berisha's rights in this process or not? I say no, because, in my concept, no collective good can be justified by violating the rights of a single human being.
SPAK, with the good will and motivation, is being more diligent and extralegal about this thing, because we know one thing: the sanctioning of Berisha was done with a single purpose, to influence the Albanian public opinion. It is a tool of American foreign policy. America uses it everywhere and says that I am sanctioning some people so that the population of these countries reacts and avoids them from political life and distances them and thus we improve politics.
This failed in Albania, and even had the opposite effect, because Mr. Berisha woke up. Now, we will, arbitrarily, open a controversial process, since we did not succeed with non grata? It may or may not be so. I am completely against any attempt to justify the cleansing of Albanian politics, violating rights and inventing crimes that do not exist, guilty for laws, for government decisions. I have never thought that a minister can be held responsible for a decision of the Council of Ministers, or a deputy for a decision of the Assembly. The prosecution is telling us, for the first time in the history of the world, that even here you can be held responsible. I find this type of game dangerous" , said Sejamini.
