The Montrelux resort on Mount Morava in Korça is closed! Ownership conflicts between shareholders have caused the bar, restaurant and hotel to be closed for 1 month.
Several signs have been placed at the entrance of the resort; "Stop! No trespassing, private property."
Other signs read "Stop! Property in conflict, entry prohibited."
For several years, the two shareholders Arben Reli and Sefedin Bajraktari, who each have 50% of the shares, have been in criminal and civil proceedings. Reli has been convicted several times for construction without permission, forgery, etc.
This particular conflict has led to the closure of the resort for all customers, not wanting to harm ordinary citizens.
