"I received threats, I saw a gun and I shot," the suspected perpetrator stated, raising the possibility of self-defense as the motive for the 50-year-old's murder.
According to Greek media , the suspected perpetrator stated that on the morning of January 17, the victim followed him and pointed a rifle at him, and that he had previously threatened him.
However, initial forensic evidence indicated that the victim was shot three times from the left rear of the car, with bullets hitting him in the head and back.
