For several days, messages have been circulating in the media implicating Socialist MP Klotilda Bushka and former President of the Supreme Court of Kosovo, Naureda Llagami. The published messages cast doubt on the efforts made by Bushka and Llagami to have their people in SPAK or to appoint someone from within the Special Prosecution Office.
But in a reaction today, Naureda Llagami clarified that the alleged communications with Ms. Bushka, published in the media, are untrue and fabricated.
According to Llagami, these electronic communications never occurred and are fabricated products that can be easily verified.
She emphasizes that these messages were distributed anonymously in various media by a person who has been stalking her on the social platforms "LinkedIn" and "Facebook" for a year, posting materials that seriously damage her reputation.
Llagami announced that the same person fabricated imaginary communications to influence the judicial system, for which he has already been criminally prosecuted for "false reporting" and "forgery of documents."
Furthermore, the person in question was suspended by the High Judicial Council during the time when Llagami headed the institution.
Reflecting on the five-year period of leadership of the Supreme Court of Kosovo, Llagami emphasizes that he has worked with dedication and professionalism to create a new model of governance of the judicial system.
She expresses her conviction that this model is built on strong foundations and high ethical principles. Llagami underlines her determination to follow the legal path to protect her image and integrity.
