Journalist Artan Hoxha has provided details of SPAK's investigations against the head of the Lira Party, Ilir Meta and his wife, Monika Kryemadhi.
Invited to the show "The Unexposed", Hoxha said that against Meta there is no registered investigation specifically for his name, but the CEZ-DIA case is being investigated and Meta is talking about these investigations where his role is also being verified.
Meanwhile, there are two investigations for Monika Kryemadhi, the one for lobbying in the USA and a property investigation. Hoxha showed details from the BKH inspection in the apartment of Kryemadhi's mother, where the phones of the children of the Meta-Kryemadhi couple and Monika Kryemadhi herself were seized, who went all the way to the Supreme Court to oppose it but lost these proceedings.
" The investigation started on July 22, 2019. The prosecutor has made several mergers of the materials. The investigation is about the CEZ-DIA case. There is no direct investigation for Ilir Meta by name. Therefore SPAK has given an answer today, that we do not have an investigation for ty, did not mark Meta's name as a person under investigation. When you register the name in the file, when you have the case without a name, it seems that you are following this tactic.
So we have the CEZ-DIA case and two cases for Mrs. Kryemadhi. Kryemadhi is under investigation for the lobbying issue and for the wealth investigation. From Mrs. Kryemadhi's side, everyone has been called, brother, mother. No one was called from Mr. Meta's side.

They went to the apartment of Kryemadhi's mother, Mrs. Fatima, who lives with Monika and Meta, they are two joined villas. When they went to this house, they did not check everything. BKH officers have checked only the part of the apartment where Mrs. Fatima Kryemadhi lives.
Mrs. Kryemadhi has given land to the owner of Kodra e Diellit and he has given in square meters the apartments where they live, which are in the name of Fatima Kryemadhi. They entered the part of the apartment where Fatima lives, they entered the bedroom where Mrs. Fatima sleeps. In a closet, they found five mobile phones. Three are the children of the Meta couple. One belongs to Mrs. Fatima and one to Mrs. Kryemadhi. Monika fights for this, for herself.
The cell phone found there has not been used for years. SPAK claims and has gone to court, says we did not seize it as Mrs. Kryemadhi's cell phone, but as Mrs. Fatima Kryemadhi's. He has described this as legal. SPAK has found an artifice to be able to take the mobile phone. The cell phone was in use at a time when LSI was the ruling party. Mr. Meta, as far as I know, has been three weeks since he left the apartment where he lived with Mrs. Kryemadhi and lives in another country. He no longer lives in Sun Hill.
