Lawyer Spartak Ngjela, stated that the Democratic Party can come to power for 4-5 months if Sali Berisha leaves its leadership.

In an interview for "Off the Record", on A2 CNN, Ngjela said that the PD should return the skilled people it has in the west to give the party a new spirit.

There are no electoral meetings, there are no opinions and therefore the right is in decline and this damages Albania. PD has many skilled people in the West, it should bring them back again.
