The National Agency of Civil Protection informs that the rains, which in some areas of the country have been of high intensity, have caused blockage of some road axes, especially in the region of Shkodra.
In general, the situation is without serious problems regarding the national infrastructure, but in the Prekal - Kir axis, the structures are working to open the road, while the Mes-Dukagjin road is blocked due to the rock slide.
As a result of bad weather, some areas are without power due to network faults. Various regions, including Tirana, Durres, Elbasan, Berat, Vlora, Korca, Gjirokastra, Kukës, Shkodra and Burrel, are facing power outages in certain areas.
OSSH employees are on the ground and are working to repair the faults and restore the power supply in these areas.
AKMC is in contact with all prefectures and municipalities, to coordinate the work in any case of need, with the situation being followed closely by Civil Defense structures at the local and central level.
