The heavy rain in Vlora has caused the first problems in the city. The heavy rainfall has caused the streets to fill with water, making them impassable.
Today, on the day of the partial elections, heavy rain has created problems for vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The worsening weather has affected the electoral process by reducing the number of voters who are unable to go to the polling stations.
Until noon there will be occasional rainfall and low intensity in a large part of the territory. After noon there will be rainfall with low to moderate intensity in most of the territory. Along the western lowlands there will be rainfall in short-term periods with up to and high intensity.
The wind will blow from the southeast-northeast at an average speed of 9 m/s, along the coastline and valleys at speeds up to 19 m/s. The waves in the Adriatic and Ionian seas will be force 2-4.
