In the local by-elections in the city of Vlora, turnout so far is very low compared to past elections.
Renowned pollster Eduard Zaloshnja emphasized that this situation is explained by the fact that right-wing voters in the coastal city are discouraged and under these conditions have not expressed interest in participating in the elections.
