SPAK has seized 2 properties of Monika Kryemadhi and her mother Fatima Kryemadhi.
At the request of SPAK, the Special Court has seized two villas owned by MP Monika Kryemadhi and her mother, Fatima Kryemadhi.
GJKKO has seized a three-story villa owned by Fatima Kryemadhi in the "Kodra e Diellit" residence in Tirana, with an area of: ground floor, 152 m2, of which 82 m2 of living space and 70 m2 of veranda; basement 139 m2, first floor 79 m2, second floor 51 m2, second floor veranda 27.9 m2.
While Monika Kryemadhi has a villa seized in the same residence, with an area of: ground floor 152 m2, of which 82 m2 apartment and 70 m2 veranda, basement 139 m2, first floor 79 m2, second floor 51 m2, second floor veranda 27.9 m2.
The decision of the Special Court was executed by the judicial police on November 19 and 20, 2024, placing the blocking of the assets in the registers of the State Cadastre Agency, as well as communicating this decision to the owners of the assets.
