In the statements of citizen Xh. Collaku, it is said that on August 2, 2023, she was in the office with citizen Enkli Hoxha.
She received a call from the director Ervin Muça around 1:00 p.m. who told me that they had to make a back-up of the TIMS system database.
She further replied that she did not have the proper credentials and knowledge for this action.
According to Xh. Collaku's statements, the director Ervin Muça ordered that the USB ports be opened, as the Back-Up process would be started, which would be done from the database to an external hard drive which the director himself gave it to me, also during the explanation the director told me that it would be stored in the safe in case of any cyber attack.
Albana Vrapi, a specialist, was doing this process, where at that moment, one of the persons from the ANA, whom the prosecution has identified as Klodian Mazari, entered the office.
In this process, Mazari has helped Vrap in the interventions of the TIMS system.
The declarant says that she stayed until around 8:30 p.m. because the process was not being carried out because something was not working.
The next day, Albana Vrapi called him, who told him that Hardisk was on the table and that the meal was not finished.
Also, the citizen Albana Vrapi in this communication affirmed that they had stayed until midnight.
The next day, 03.08.2023, when the declarant went to the office, she found the hard disk above the office, which was in the computer, and after the check, it turned out that there was no data.
She made this hard drive available to the judicial police officer./Oranews
