The criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, has analyzed the scheme as Ervin Muça, the director of IT, in the State Police, intervened in the TIMS system.
Karamuço said that all the actions that are carried out are done with a prior permission from the persons who are in a higher rank.
Among other things, he added that those who are hiding the data, which according to him have not been destroyed, will see dark days, since in those data there are American citizens who entered and left our country.
"There is something, all the actions carried out by a director of the directorate are done with a prior permission of the directors and with an explanatory memo. This is the country. Where is the data? Were they destroyed, were they sold inside Albania, were they sold abroad? The investigative commission has a clue about 1 million euros. What this 1 million euros is, will be revealed by the Prosecutor's Office following the ongoing investigations.
Very dark days are coming for those persons who currently possess that data. That data has not been destroyed. What they have undertaken, they should do so because it is not only the Albanian state but the others, the most powerful allies we have. They will get that data back. Inside there are records that American citizens have entered and left, and they do not forgive this. There will come a day when they will say why we took it," he said in Euronews Albania.
