A few days ago, we published the flagrant violation of the law by Albafilm, the artistic production company under the Ministry of Culture.
The buildings that collapsed as a result of the construction of the Art Park left behind a significant amount of recyclable materials. Based on the law, these materials should have been inventoried, evaluated and then auctioned. This is based on instruction no. 30 of 2011 of the Ministry of Finance in which it is stated that 'assets that after evaluation are taken out of use, when they can be used as obsolescence/waste/recyclable materials, are removed from the register of assets in use, are entered into the warehouse and sold by auction to the companies that collect them.'
But in reality this has not happened at all.
The objects of the previous buildings, from which more than 20 trusses of the Great Park, 11 mobile armored doors, bricks, tiles and scrap metal from the garages disappeared without a trace.
We interviewed Albafilm's lawyer for this scandal of the theft of significant assets, who explained to us that no commission has been set up and no minutes have been kept for the administration of recyclable materials.
This interview, where the judge revealed the truth of this theft, was the last for her, because a few days later she was fired from her job by the administrator Gerta Ajazi
Ms. Ajazi tries to wash her hands of this story by assigning the responsibility to the Ministry of Culture, but the document of the dismissal of the lawyer bears her signature as the title holder.
But this arbitrary action is not the only one of this lady, because the administration of Albafilm has turned into a nursery of nepotism.
Although in the audit report of the ministry, there is an order to revise the regulation for the employment of employees through competition procedures.
In the very long list of persons appointed without any criteria, names closely related to the leaders of the ministry and Albafilm stand out, but the director does not give any answer regarding this issue.
However, it is not the first time that she avoids our questions, since even in the case of the economic damage she caused to Albpetrol, the administrator refuses to comment.
We hope that with its management model it will not cause another financial hole in the Albafilm company, similar to that of Albpretol./ Piranjat
