Weather forecaster Lajda Porja has shown how the meteorological situation will continue this week.
Initially, Porja indicated that the weather today appears to have cleared in some areas of the country and rainfall is expected to be light throughout the day.
This is positive according to the weather forecaster because with the cessation of rainfall, it will be possible for the water accumulated by the rains to drain from the areas that have been flooded. According to the forecast for tomorrow, it is expected to be cloudy. There will be heavy rainfall in most parts of the country.
"There will be less in the first part of the day, from noon to evening, and during the night there will be an increase in the intensity of precipitation," Porja said.
She also added that the downpours will affect the southern and southeastern areas.
Snowfall is expected in deep mountainous areas, predicting temperatures dropping to -2 degrees Celsius.
On the other hand, from tomorrow onwards there will be an increase in temperatures.
Most of the territory will experience more rainfall and snow will be isolated to deep mountainous areas.
Heavy rainfall is expected on Tuesday night, continuing throughout Wednesday and partially on Thursday.
The Shkodra and Lezha regions are expected to receive another amount of rainfall.
