
Bad weather has caused a series of problems in the Korça Region.
According to official information, the situation appears manageable, while in some areas interventions are still in progress.
On the Qafë Plloçë-Qukës axis, inert materials are being cleared from the roadbed. Traffic continues normally thanks to a secondary road opened by the contractor.
Local structures and civil emergency teams continued field work overnight and this morning to neutralize the problems caused by the rainfall in the territory of the Korça district.
Korca Municipality
Field teams have continued work in several administrative units:
In Voskopoja, repairs and cleaning are being carried out on the road leading to the cemetery.
In Bulgarec, in the village of Çiflig, manholes along the ring road are being cleaned with an excavator.
The flows of the Kamenica River and its tributaries above Dvoran are being monitored.
Repairs to damaged embankments continue in Voskop.
The opening and operationalization of the Tudas–Lavdar–Bozdovec–Mazreka road is in progress.
Municipality of Kolonja
Interventions have been made to divert the river flow at the Qinami Bridge, to avoid danger to the supporting legs.
In the village of Starje, Kaskollare neighborhood, the waters have receded from the affected areas.
Other works have been carried out in Prodan, on the riverbed.
The fire service has cleaned the central water well in the city of Erseka.
According to the NJVKSH, the water is currently drinkable.
Municipality of Maliq
During the early hours of the morning, the closing of cracks in the embankments of the Dunavec and Devoll rivers began, with the support of private entities and the Ministry of Defense. Local structures are continuing their work to eliminate the problems in the territory.

The situation appears normalized and no problems have been reported.
Devoll Municipality
In Proger, work has been done to stabilize the river in areas with damaged dams and to clear road segments affected by erosion.
In Hoçisht, intervention was made to regulate the Borsh River, where floods had affected agricultural lands.
Municipality of Pogradec
Verification commissions have identified damage in 62 families; reports have been drawn up and the identification of new cases is continuing.
Food aid has been distributed to affected families.
The problem has been recorded along the Verdova and Rëmenj rivers, as well as near the quarry, where interventions are being made to manage the leaks.
In the Dardhas Regional Unit, four road axes have been cleared and are now passable.
Manholes and asphalt roads in the city are being cleaned.
On the Pogradec-Buçimas axis, near the village of Geshtenjas, about 50 meters of the bicycle lane has been ceded.
A landslide has been detected in the Stropskë 2 reservoir over an area of 4 dunyas; the emergency team is assessing the situation.
The Tushemisht hydroelectric plant is operating normally.

Feeder 6 of N/St Mollas remains without power in the Kurtesh area (11 rural subscribers).
All feeders supplying facilities of special importance are in operation.
The Pogradec hydroelectric plant continues to operate normally (Federi 8-18).
