The Independent Qualification Commission has decided to suspend from office the Prosecutor of the Prosecution of Vlora, Flora Çela.
In the decision taken by the black squads of the KPK, it is reported that Çela will have to conduct a 1-year training at the magistracy school and then prosecutor Çela will have the opportunity to complete the re-evaluation process.
"The Independent Qualification Commission announces that "after reviewing the documentation and conducting the hearing on 12.10.2023, for the subject of re-evaluation, Flora Çela based on law no. 84/2016, decided: The suspension from office of Flora Çela, prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Vlora, for a period of 1 year and the obligation to follow the training program, according to the curricula approved by the School of Magistrate. At the end of this training, after the administration of the results achieved by the subject, the Commission will complete the re-evaluation process, based on the three re-evaluation criteria", announces KPK.
"The reasoned decision in writing by the court chaired by Lulzim Hamitaj, Brunilda Bekteshi relator and Etleda Çiftja member, will be notified to the subject of the re-evaluation, international observers, as well as the School of Magistrates within 30 days of the announcement, and is published on the website official of the Commission. This decision is non-appealable", concludes the announcement of the KPK.
