French President Emmanuel Macron, during the conference with Prime Minister Edi Rama, also spoke about a plan for Albania and the region, where he promises to lead a new political process that will be called 'Reunification of Europe', which aims to strengthen the economies of the Balkans and cooperation with the EU.
The analyst Frrok Çupi also spoke about this initiative, as he said in "Special Report" that through this statement, Macron conveyed two messages.
According to him, one has to do with the time when he chose to make the official visit to Albania related to the Berlin Process Summit that was held on Monday in Tirana.
"There were two messages. The first and very important is that Macron's move seems genius. It has chosen the time to come within the Berlin process together with Europe but with a slightly different agenda. The reunification of Europe means removing the lines that were established after '45 in the Second World War and secondly reuniting the values of Europe because it must and is on the way to the displacement of its axis. The axis of Europe was not simply between Germany and France but it is all the way to Moldova.
This is the most gigantic idea that is placed on the tables of Europe after the Second World War. They are well known, I have read the Open Balkans as an initiative of the US and partly of the EU precisely to relocate the axis of Europe, to bring it to the place where it was. We are now in the Berlin process, which has great value. And the second message, is that Macron said a very interesting thing that democratic accidents can bring one thing, that if we set rules, they will use the rules. The government in Kosovo is a democratic accident", stressed the analyst.
