Recognition of pensions between Albania and Italy, Ambassador Bucci meets the protesters: I promise you that it will be resolved very soon

The Italian ambassador to Albania, Fabrizio Bucci, has assured the pensioners who protested today at the Italian embassy that everything will be resolved very soon.

In a statement to the media, Bucci says that the Italian side is doing its best to resolve this issue.

"It makes me happy to meet you. I must assure you that the Italian side is doing its best to solve this problem. We talked to reach an agreement with the Albanian side. We are now in the final moments of agreement, a few things are missing. The signing of the Italian-Albanian agreement will take place in the next few weeks or at most in the next month. It was a bit difficult because there were some technicalities for the procedure. You have my word, that the Italian side is doing its best. Be patient,"  said Bucci.
