"They don't even obey Edi Rama", Fitim Zekthi: Organized crime has become much stronger!

Political scientist Fitim Zekthi, discussing the links between politics and crime and the latter with the police, based on the latest SPAK file based on the transcripts of the SKY platform, said that we have an attempt by the Special Prosecutor's Office that is happening for the first time to cut these links.

In an interview for the show "Open" on News24, Zekthi said that here it is not known who is in command, the Prime Minister is in command or they are in command.

" I think the Prime Minister commands them ," said Zekthi. The political scientist said that in countries like Guatemala, Peru, Colombia they are not run by their governments, but by criminal groups.

" Organized crime in Albania is not at the stage that the prime minister is aware of, because they have become so empowered that I am not convinced that Edi Rama can command them ," said Zekthi.

He said that crime and corruption in Albania is so entrenched that it is difficult to say today because they have been strengthening for 30 years.
