Analyst Lorenc Vangjeli clashed with Arian Currin regarding the situation within the Socialist Party.
In an interview for "Top Story", Vangjeli emphasized that unlike the DP, which is divided in several parts, there are no currents and clans in the SP.
Curri strongly opposed Vangjeli, who emphasized that "if there is no current, there is no life" within a political party.
However, Vangjeli continued to insist, stating that: "The noise of the drums of war that has been going on for 3 years in the DP, prevents us from seeing what is happening in the SP. I tell you that there are no lasting alliances and enmity in the SP".
Excerpts from the debate:
Vangjeli: He cannot do big things in the state who has not done small things' said Confucius. Power comes from parties, so does democracy. So I disagree with Curri. There are no currents and clans in the Socialist Party.
Curri: What did you say? No electricity?
Vangjeli: Listen to me, maybe we'll agree on the way...
Curri: No, no. I disagree with the premise because you can say 'it can't be these currents' but not 'there are no currents'.
Vangjeli: Take it this way, there is a point in the middle that is Rama and...
Curri: Leave these and put it in your head because one way or the other reality will tell us both. The last time you told me that Beleri will be released, I said no and that's what happened...
Zheji: What if there is no electricity, no life? Are you saying that there is no life in the Rama government?!
Vangjeli: It seems strange to you. I say that it is Rama in the middle and the others all interact with Rama.
Duma: So you are saying that SP is a refuge. So, unlike DP, SP is Rama and the rest is a refuge?!
Vangjeli: The noise of the drums of war that has been going on for 3 years in the PD, prevents us from seeing what is happening in the SP. I tell you that there are no lasting alliances and enmity in the SP.
